Conrad I, is the current, and first Holy Emperor of the Holy Empire of Cavlan. He is the founder of the nation, and has served as Emperor since he founded Cavlan in July of 2018. The Emperor has played a significant role in the survival of Calvan as a sovereign nation, and has put forth several pieces of legislation, and decrees during his time as Holy Emperor.

Conrad I became emperor when he founded Cavlan in 2018. Beforehand he had served in various executive leadership roles among the Governments of previously active nation-states.
